No Refunds Once Shipped

Due to the nature of our products , we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

We maintain strict quality checks and hygienic packaging to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and as described. Once dispatched, the items cannot be returned or refunded due to safety, hygiene, and logistical reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products?

While we do not offer refunds, we do care deeply about your satisfaction. If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has missing items

  • Contains the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bhadangbite@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the package/product

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).

 Please Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by courier partners.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of flavor, or wrong product ordered by mistake.
